Features
- The Schneider ZENL1111 is a specialized Normally Open (NO) contact block designed specifically for use with the Harmony XAL series of plastic control stations. Unlike standard contact blocks that mount to a metal collar, this "Rear-Mount" version snaps directly into the base of the enclosure, making it the essential component for building or repairing local control stations for pumps, fans, and conveyor systems.
- Equipped with Silver Alloy (AgNi) contacts, the ZENL1111 is engineered for long-term electrical reliability. It features a "slow-break" operation and is rated for low-power switching, making it ideal for interfacing with PLCs or controlling 120V AC contactor coils in Canadian industrial environments where contact oxidation must be minimized.
- The ZENL1111 is designed for base mounting. While standard blocks (like the ZBE series) attach to the button head itself, this block stays in the bottom of the plastic enclosure. This allows you to wire the station more easily, as the wires remain in the stationary base of the box when you remove the cover to inspect the push buttons.
- Featuring screw clamp terminals with captive cable clamps, this block ensures a fast and secure connection. It is designed to accept a wide range of wire sizes (from 22 AWG to 14 AWG), providing the flexibility needed for various Canadian commercial and industrial field-wiring standards.
- Despite its compact plastic housing, the ZENL1111 is rated for 10,000,000 mechanical cycles. This extreme durability ensures that the contact block will likely outlast the machinery it controls, providing a "fit-and-forget" solution for high-frequency start/stop applications.
