Description

Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. It has clear color scheme for NO and NC contact block types. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

Features

The ZBE102 is a single Normally Closed (NC) contact block, providing a reliable "stop" or "break" function for your control circuits. This is critical for industrial panel builders who need high-precision switching that guarantees a circuit interruption the moment a pushbutton is depressed.
Equipped with screw clamp terminals and the Schneider Electric anti-loosening system, this block is engineered to maintain high vibration resistance. This eliminates the need for periodic re-tightening campaigns, significantly lowering your long-term maintenance costs and preventing unexpected downtime.
This versatile component is fully compatible with both 22mm Harmony XB4 metal and XB5 plastic heads, provided you use the appropriate fixing collar. This standardization allows you to simplify your inventory by using one contact block reference across various machine aesthetic styles.
The modular design allows you to stack multiple ZBE blocks to create custom contact sequences, with a maximum of three rows possible. This "So What?" benefit means you can control multiple complex functions from a single operator head, maximizing panel space without compromising performance.
When properly mounted within an enclosure, this block supports IP66 and IP69 ratings, offering robust protection against dust and high-pressure cleaning.
