    Description

    Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. Simple modular design facilitates post installation servicing, modification and adaption of machines by non-specialists. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

    Features

    • The Schneider Electric ZENL1121 is a high-reliability contact block from the Harmony XAL series. It is the component that actually makes or breaks the electrical connection when you press a button. Designed for a "back-of-panel" mounting style, it is a staple in Canadian industrial control systems for signaling and low-power switching.
    • This block features a 1 NC contact configuration. In the world of industrial automation, "Normally Closed" means that electricity flows through the block in its resting state and is interrupted only when the button is pressed. This makes the ZENL1121 the standard choice for "Stop" buttons and safety interlocks across Canada.
    • The "ZENL" prefix indicates that this is a rear-mounting block. Unlike the "ZBE" blocks that clip onto a metal collar behind a panel, these are designed to snap directly into the base of a Harmony XALD or XALK plastic control station. This design keeps the wiring neatly tucked away in the back of the box, away from the moving button mechanism.
    • Equipped with silver alloy contacts, the ZENL1121 is designed for high electrical durability. It is rated for AC-15 and DC-13 (pilot duty), meaning it can reliably handle the inductive inrush of contactor coils or relay inputs without "pitting" or sticking, even in high-vibration environments like Canadian sawmills or packaging plants.
    • The block features IP20-rated finger-safe screw terminals. These terminals are easy to wire using standard Canadian #14 to #18 AWG industrial wire. The screws are designed with high-torque capability to ensure a "gas-tight" connection that won't vibrate loose over time.
