Description

Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

Features

The ZB4BZ102 is a complete "Contact Block" assembly from the Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 metal range. It consists of the ZB4BZ009 mounting collar (the metal frame) and one ZBE102 Normally Closed (NC) contact block. This unit is the functional backbone that translates the physical press of a button or turn of a switch into an electrical signal.
This assembly features a single NC (Normally Closed) contact. In its resting state, the circuit is closed (power flows). When the associated push-button or selector switch is actuated, the contact opens and breaks the circuit. This is the standard configuration for Emergency Stop (E-Stop) buttons or "Stop" commands to ensure safety in the event of a wire break.
As part of the modular 22mm Harmony XB4 system, this mounting base is designed to snap onto any metal operator head, such as the ZB4BS844 (E-Stop), ZB4BA4 (Red Flush Push Button), or ZB4BD2 (Selector Switch). The metal collar provides a rigid, high-strength connection suitable for heavy-duty industrial use.
The mounting collar has three positions. The ZB4BZ102 comes with the NC block in the center or side position, leaving room to "stack" additional contact blocks. You can add more ZBE series blocks (either NO or NC) to control multiple independent electrical circuits with a single button press.
The ZB4BZ102 is engineered for maximum reliability with silver alloy contacts designed for low-energy switching. It features high-quality screw clamp terminals for secure wiring. It is UL Listed, CSA Certified, and CE marked, maintaining the IP66/NEMA 4X integrity of your control station when paired with the appropriate Harmony head.
