Description

Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

Features

The ZB4BZ101 is a complete electrical block assembly consisting of a heavy-duty metal mounting collar (fixing collar) and a single ZBE101 Normally Open (NO) contact block. This all-in-one solution allows you to transition directly from a ZB4 operator head to your control wiring, eliminating the need to source mounting hardware and contact blocks separately.
Built with a robust Zamak (zinc alloy) mounting base, this assembly provides superior mechanical durability compared to plastic alternatives. The metal collar ensures a rigid, permanent bond between the push button head and the contact block, preventing the loosening or "cracking" often caused by high-torque installations or constant machine vibration.
This assembly features a single Normally Open (NO) silver alloy contact designed for "slow-break" operation. It is rated for 10 million mechanical cycles and handles a 10A conventional free-air thermal current ($I_{th}$), providing professional-grade switching reliability for motor starters, PLC inputs, and industrial signaling circuits.
The ZB4BZ101 utilizes high-pressure screw clamp terminals that provide a gas-tight, vibration-resistant connection for wires up to 2 x 1.5 mm2. The modular "snap-fit" design allows you to add up to two additional ZBE contact blocks to the collar without tools, offering maximum flexibility for complex control logic on the factory floor.
This Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 component is UL Listed, CSA Certified, and meets EN/IEC 60947-5-1 safety standards. It is designed to maintain the IP66 and NEMA 4X integrity of your control panel, ensuring your automation systems remain code-compliant and protected against dust, moisture, and high-pressure washdowns.
