- Featuring industry-leading Thermally Protected Metal Oxide Varistor (TPMOV) technology, this surge protective device (SPD) is internally fused to prevent common catastrophic fail-states such as thermal runaway or arc flashes during an extreme overvoltage event. By isolating the varistor element when it reaches its maximum threshold, it protects your electrical enclosure and eliminates the need for additional upstream overcurrent protection.
