- The LC1D25G7 is a 3-pole (3 NO) TeSys Deca (formerly TeSys D) IEC contactor. It is a robust, mid-range industrial control component designed for starting and stopping three-phase motors up to 15 HP at 460V. It is commonly used for larger pumps, industrial fans, and heavy-duty conveyor systems.
- The G7 suffix indicates a 120V AC (50/60 Hz) control coil. This is the industry standard for most North American control logic circuits. The coil is engineered for high-cycle reliability and can be replaced in the field if necessary, minimizing downtime for the machine.
- Rated for 25A in the AC-3 category (inductive motor loads) and up to 40A in the AC-1 category (non-inductive resistive loads like heaters). Its 3-phase horsepower ratings include: 7.5 HP at 230V , 15 HP at 460V , 20 HP at 600V
- Like other TeSys D contactors, the LC1D25G7 includes 1 NO (Normally Open) + 1 NC (Normally Closed) auxiliary contacts built directly into the housing. These are essential for electrical interlocking, status signaling to a PLC, or creating self-holding "start/stop" station circuits.
