Description

TeSys D contactor, 3 poles (3NO), for motor control applications up to 32A/690V AC-3/3e (15kW@400V). It provides a low consumption 24V DC coil with transient suppressor module, 1NO+1NC built-in auxiliary contacts (NC mirror certified), connection by screw clamp terminals. For operating rates until 3600 cycles/hour and environments until 60°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (45mm width), DIN-rail mounting or screw fixing. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

Features

  • This premium 3-pole TeSys D contactor features a highly sensitive 24V DC low-consumption coil (BL suffix designator) that draws only 2.4 Watts to close. This ultra-low power consumption allows it to be driven directly by solid-state PLC outputs without the need for an intermediate interposing relay, simplifying your control panel architecture and reducing hardware costs.
  • Rated for 32 Amps under continuous AC-3 inductive loads (up to 440V AC), this contactor is engineered to safely control 3-phase motors up to 15 kW or 20 horsepower at 460V. It easily manages the high inrush currents typical of industrial conveyor lines, ventilation systems, and commercial water pumps without premature contact pitting.
  • To streamline your control loop wiring, this contactor comes equipped with integrated 1 NO (Normally Open) and 1 NC (Normally Closed) instantaneous auxiliary contacts. These built-in contacts allow you to establish immediate run-status feedback or electrical interlocking logic without purchasing or snapping on additional auxiliary blocks.
  • Fully certified by CSA and UL for the North American market, this contactor also carries CCC, and Marine certifications for global compliance. Additionally, it adheres to Green Premium standards, meaning it complies with strict RoHS and REACH environmental regulations while offering a transparent, eco-friendly Product Environmental Profile (PEP).
