Description

TeSys GV motor circuit breaker, 3 poles (3P), 0.4A/690V, for 3-phase motor applications 0.09kW@400V. It provides a thermal-magnetic protection with a thermal setting range 0.25-0.4A, magnetic tripping at 13xIn, high breaking capacity Icu 100kA@400V. Connection by screw clamp terminals. Start-stop control by push-button guaranteed for 100 000 cycles AC-3. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine, ATEX), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

  • Featuring a high-precision adjustable dial that tunes from 0.25 to 0.4 Amps, this manual motor starter provides tailored thermal-magnetic protection for micro-load industrial applications, such as small fans, actuators, and laboratory pumps. This localized calibration prevents costly nuisance tripping during standard machine operation while ensuring rapid disconnects before low-current motor windings can overheat.
  • Built to survive extreme industrial conditions, this motor circuit breaker boasts an ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity (I_cu) of 100 kA at 400/415V. This ultra-high rating allows control panel builders to install the unit directly into demanding main distribution setups, eliminating the space and cost of auxiliary current limiters while completely containing electrical faults to protect downstream automated machinery.
  • Outfitted with automatic phase-failure detection conforming to IEC 60947-4-1 standards, the breaker monitors all three lines simultaneously and triggers an immediate trip if a phase drops out. This responsive mechanism stops three-phase motors from single-phasing under load, bypassing terminal breakdown, insulating degradation, and the expensive facility downtime associated with motor rewinding.
  • Designed around a standard 45mm wide frame, this TeSys Deca device mounts instantly onto 35mm symmetrical DIN rails or directly onto backpanels via an optional screw adapter. The tactile, color-coded START/STOP push buttons provide clear, high-visibility manual control and instant physical isolation, maximizing layout efficiency inside cramped industrial automation cabinets and motor control centers.
