Description
TeSys GV motor circuit breaker, 3 poles (3P), 6.3A/690V, for 3-phase motor applications 2.2kW@400V. It provides a thermal-magnetic protection with a thermal setting range 4-6.3A, magnetic tripping at 13xIn, high breaking capacity Icu 100kA@400V. Connection by screw clamp terminals. Start-stop control by push-button guaranteed for 100 000 cycles AC-3. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine, ATEX), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- The Schneider GV2ME10 is a TeSys Deca manual motor starter designed to provide integrated thermal-magnetic protection. It acts as a 3-pole circuit breaker and an overload relay in one compact unit, specifically engineered to protect motors from phase failure, short circuits, and sustained overloads.
- This model features a highly precise adjustable setting range of 4.0 to 6.3 Amps. By using the front-facing dial, you can dial in the exact Full Load Amps (FLA) of your motor, ensuring the starter provides "Class 10" trip protection that prevents motor burnout without nuisance tripping during startup.
- Featuring dedicated Start (I) and Stop (O) push-buttons, the GV2ME10 provides local manual control at the machine. The buttons are designed for high-cycle durability and provide a clear tactile response, making it an ideal local "at-motor" disconnect for fans, pumps, and conveyors in industrial environments.
- With a slim 45mm width, this starter is designed for maximum density in control panels. It eliminates the need for a separate fuse block and overload relay, allowing you to reduce the size of your enclosure while maintaining high-performance protection for 600V industrial power systems.
- The GV2ME10 is rated for high breaking capacities, capable of safely interrupting up to 100kA at 230V or 50kA at 400/415V. This ensures that even in the event of a catastrophic short circuit, the starter will safely clear the fault, protecting both your equipment and your personnel.
