Description

TeSys GV auxiliary contact block, for motor circuit breakers GV2 and GV3. 2NO instantaneous auxiliary contacts. Rated for operation up to 2A/240V AC and 1A/60V DC. To be installed on front side of the circuit breaker, connection by screw clamp terminals. Sold in lots of 10 units. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC).

Features

  • Designed for high-density spacing, the GVAE20 snaps directly onto the front face of TeSys GV2 and GV3 manual motor starters. This tool-free, front-mounting architecture utilizes zero additional DIN rail or horizontal enclosure space, allowing industrial panel builders to scale up system monitoring capabilities within an ultra-compact footprint.
  • Featuring two Normally Open (NO) instantaneous contacts, this block closes its auxiliary circuits the moment the main motor starter is engaged. This dual-signal layout enables automation engineers to route one channel directly to a PLC input for automated system status tracking, while using the second channel to power local pilot lights or run-status indicators.
  • Engineered for industrial control logic, these contacts boast a minimum switching capacity of 17V at 5mA, ensuring flawless electrical continuity without signal dropping. This high-reliability engineering overcomes the contact oxidation and resistance issues common in lower-grade components, ensuring crisp, accurate telemetry back to solid-state controllers.
