    Description

    This Altivar Profinet communication module has 2 ports with RJ45 connectors. It is compatible with Altivar Process ATV600 (ATV630, ATV650), Altivar Process ATV900 (ATV930, ATV950), Altivar Machine ATV320, Altivar 32 and Altivar Machine ATV340. Removable module allows last minute decisions on drive communication protocol and thus facilitates installation project management.

    • Featuring native PROFINET functionality operating at a fast 100 Mbits transmission rate, this option card allows systems integrators to map variable speed drives directly into Industrial Ethernet architectures. It ensures rapid deterministic control and real-time parameter streaming, completely bridging the communication gap between Schneider hardware and central controller systems.
    • This versatile, modular card is cross-compatible with a wide range of current Schneider platforms, including Altivar Process (ATV600, ATV900), Altivar Machine (ATV320, ATV340 except Sercos), and legacy Altivar 32 units. This universal utility allows plant maintenance teams to standardize on a single network card across multiple motor control applications, significantly reducing spare part inventory overhead.
    • Outfitted with two integrated Ethernet RJ45 network ports, the card allows you to establish direct line or ring daisy-chain cabling infrastructures from drive to drive. This intelligent design bypasses the need for costly, space-consuming external unmanaged Ethernet switches inside your control enclosures, dropping hardware and installation costs.
    • Conforming fully to the industry-standard PROFIdrive bus profile and IEC 61800-7-201 parameters, the module ensures uniform operating profiles for velocity, torque, and positioning loops. This standardization dramatically accelerates commissioning times for software engineers, eliminating the tedious work of designing custom driver interfaces for every new piece of equipment.
    • Outfitted with four dedicated diagnostic LEDs for Module Status (MS), Network Status (NS), and dual Transmit/Receive channels (TX/RX), this interface card provides real-time, physical feedback on link health. Maintenance personnel can isolate communication drops, duplicate IP addresses, or cabling faults at a glance without having to open a remote programming laptop.
