Features
- Engineered for demanding inductive loads, this 3-pole contactor supports up to 12 Amps (AC-3) or 25 Amps (AC-1) at voltages up to 690V AC. It comfortably manages 3-phase motors up to 5.5 kW (7.5 hp) at 380 400V, providing commercial electricians and machine builders with a robust, reliable solution for conveyor belts, fans, and packaging machinery.
- Operating on a highly standard 220V AC control voltage compatible with both 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies, the M7 coil voltage code integrates into existing motor control centers. This eliminates the need for external step-down control transformers, minimizing cabinet costs and simplifying retrofits in standard industrial panels.
- Outfitted out of the box with one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact, this unit simplifies control circuit engineering. It allows panel builders to immediately wire up remote status indicators, safety interlocks, or PLC feedback loops, saving valuable DIN rail space and lowering overall component expenses.
- Featuring patented EverLink creep-mitigation technology, the terminal blocks maintain consistent pressure on stranded or solid copper wires even as the metal expands and contracts under heavy load. This architecture prevents localized resistance spikes and dangerous arcing, drastically reducing routine torque maintenance schedules for industrial maintenance crews.
- Part of the highly modular TeSys Deca ecosystem, the LC1D12M7 accepts a massive array of clip-on accessories including LAD pneumatic timer blocks, mechanical latching blocks, and side-mounted auxiliary modules. Additionally, it features direct plug-in compatibility with LRD thermal overload relays, allowing technicians to build a complete, space-saving motor starter assembly in seconds.
