Description
TeSys GV motor circuit breaker, 3 poles (3P), 6.3A/690V, for 3-phase motor applications 2.2kW@400V. It provides a thermal-magnetic protection with a thermal setting range 4-6.3A, magnetic tripping at 13xIn, high breaking capacity Icu 100kA@400V. Connection by screw clamp terminals. Start-stop control by rotary knob guaranteed for 100 000 cycles AC-3. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine, ATEX), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- The Schneider GV2P10 is a TeSys Deca manual motor starter that features a rotary handle instead of push-buttons. This rotary design provides a clearer visual indication of the "Tripped" status and offers a higher breaking capacity, making it the preferred choice for high-specification industrial control panels.
- Featuring a precise thermal setting range of 4.0 to 6.3 Amps, this starter allows you to match the protection exactly to your motor's nameplate Full Load Amps (FLA). The "Class 10" trip characteristic ensures that your motor is protected against overloads and phase loss while preventing nuisance trips during the initial startup surge.
- The GV2P series is engineered for superior performance, offering a breaking capacity (Icu) of 100kA at 400/415V. This extreme level of short-circuit protection ensures the starter can safely clear high-energy faults, protecting your personnel and downstream equipment from catastrophic damage.
- To comply with strict safety protocols, the rotary handle is padlockable in the "OFF" position. This allows for secure lockout-tagout procedures, ensuring that the motor cannot be accidentally energized while maintenance staff are working on the machinery.
- With a standard 45mm width, the GV2P10 packs a 3-pole circuit breaker and an adjustable overload relay into a single, slim module. It snaps directly onto 35mm DIN rails, drastically reducing the footprint of your motor control center and simplifying the internal layout of your enclosure.
