Description
TeSys Vario switch disconnector for door mounting, 3 poles, 32A/690V, for motor switching applications up to 11kW@400V AC-23. Complete unit composed of a switch body V1, a red handle with yellow 60x60mm front plate KCF1PZ. Intended for main and emergency stop switch disconnecting usage. Padlockable handle, for 3 padlocks (to be ordered separately). Handle with 4 screws fixing on door, ensuring IP65 to the mounting. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- Built to manage up to 11 kW at 400V (AC-23A) with a 32-amp continuous thermal current rating, this 3-pole TeSys Vario switch provides robust on-load breaking of inductive circuits. It serves as a highly reliable main or emergency-stop mechanism, immediately isolating power to conveyors, fans, and heavy machinery during critical machine interventions or automated line failures.
- Featuring a vivid red rotary knob paired with a bright yellow $60 \times 60\text{ mm}$ front plate, this assembly is purpose-built to comply with strict international emergency signaling protocols. The stark color contrast ensures that plant floor staff and line workers can quickly spot and actuate the isolator from a distance, minimizing response time and preventing catastrophic equipment damage or personnel injuries.
- Designed with a 4-screw direct door-mounting layout, the handle forms a tight, dust-proof and water-jet resistant IP65 seal against the outer surface of your control cabinet enclosure. This protective boundary keeps internal terminals dry and clean, preventing tracking and arc-flash faults even in demanding processing plants that require routine chemical washdowns or face high airborne particle counts.
- The integrated rotary handle features a built-in mechanical shroud capable of accepting up to three individual 4 to 8 mm shackle padlocks simultaneously in the "0" (OFF) position. This fail-safe architecture streamlines compliant OSHA lockout-tagout safety processes, ensuring multiple technicians can work confidently on downstream equipment without the risk of an accidental, premature system re-energization.
