Description
TeSys Vario switch disconnector for mounting at back of an enclosure, 3 poles, 80A/690V, for motor switching applications up to 30kW@400V AC-23. Complete unit composed of a switch body V4, an extension shaft VZN18, a door interlock plate KZ74, a red handle with yellow 60x60mm front plate KCF2PZ. Intended for main and emergency stop switch disconnecting usage. Padlockable handle, for 3 padlocks (to be ordered separately). Handle with 4 screws fixing on door, ensuring IP65 to the mounting. Possible distance between back of enclosure and door 300-320mm. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- Engineered with an 80-Amp, 690V AC continuous current rating, this 3-pole TeSys Vario switch provides high-capacity, heavy-duty electrical isolation for large motors and industrial manufacturing lines. It functions flawlessly as a main or emergency-stop disconnect, giving machine operators a highly reliable way to completely cut power before performing routine maintenance or layout modifications.
- Outfitted with a high-visibility red rotary handle and a contrasting yellow front plate, this disconnect complies with global emergency-stop visibility standards. The ergonomic handle accommodates up to three separate padlocks simultaneously, ensuring field technicians can securely lock out the power grid and prevent accidental re-energization during critical machinery overhauls.
- Featuring a highly practical door-mounting architecture, the VCCF4 allows the operating handle to fix directly to the front enclosure panel while coupling securely to the switch body. This clean, space-saving configuration eliminates the need for complex, extended shaft linkages and maximizes available depth inside tight electrical sub-panels and motor control boxes.
