Description
VC1GUN is a 3-pole TeSys Vario enclosed switch-disconnector from Schneider Electric for emergency stop switching in motor applications 10HP@600V. It provides an IP65 / NEMA type 12 enclosure, V1 Vario switch disconnector and red & yellow operator. VC1GUN is a 3-pole TeSys Vario enclosed switch-disconnector from Schneider Electric for main and emergency stop switching in motor applications 10HP@600V. It includes a V1 Vario switch disconnector rated 20A conforming UL/CSA. It provides an IP65 / NEMA type 12 enclosure with a red & yellow operator. Available worldwide, it is multi-standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC). Enclosed switch disconnector including a 3-pole switch-disconnector Vario V1 model. Conforming to IEC (IEC 60947-4-1, IEC 60204) and UL/CSA (UL 508 and CSA 22.2 n° 14). NEMA type 12 enclosure rating, IP65 protection degree, sealable. Operating red handle for emergency stop, padlockable. Connections directly on the screw clamp terminals of the switch. Possible attachment of 2 add-on poles to the switch body , main (VZ1), neutral (VZ11), earthing (VZ14), auxiliary (VZ7, VZ20).

- Featuring a high-contrast red rotary handle and a bright yellow front plate, this 3-pole TeSys Vario switch is designed for immediate identification during an emergency stop. The bold "0-I" markings and intuitive mechanical action allow operators to kill power instantly, meeting strict workplace safety protocols and reducing the risk of machinery-related accidents.
- For maximum personnel safety during maintenance, the rotary handle is designed to accept up to three individual padlocks in the "OFF" position. This integrated security feature prevents unauthorized or accidental restarts of connected 600V equipment, ensuring your facility remains in full compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.
- Engineered for demanding applications, this switch-disconnector is rated for 20A at 600V AC and can handle motor loads up to 10 hp at 480/600V. This high-capacity performance level ensures the internal Vario V1 switch body can manage the high inrush currents typical of industrial motors without welding contacts or degrading over time.
