Description
VCCF3 is a 3-pole TeSys Vario switch-disconnector from Schneider Electric. Rated 63A 690V, it is used for main and emergency stop switching in motor applications up to 22kW@400V AC-23. Composed of a V3 switch body, extension shaft, red padlockable handle, and a yellow 60x60mm front plate. For enclosure back mounting, with a 4 screw fixing handle, it ensures IP65 to the mounting. Available worldwide, multi-standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine). Possible distance between back of enclosure and door 300-320mm. Features
- This complete 3-pole TeSys Vario switch-disconnector features a highly visible red rotary handle and 60x60mm yellow front plate designed explicitly for main and emergency-stop operation.
- This specialized rear-mounting configuration secures the switch body directly to the back plate or symmetrical rail of your enclosure while utilizing an included VZN18 extension shaft to span a door distance of 300mm to 320mm. The door-interlock design ensures the enclosure cannot be opened while the circuit is live, saving vital panel space and preventing accidental contact during heavy-duty electrical maintenance.
- The handle assembly mounts securely to your enclosure door with a 4-screw fixing system that provides a robust IP65 against water jets, oil, and dust infiltration. Inside, the terminal connections are protected to IP20 standards, ensuring long-term operational durability and shock resistance in ambient operating temperatures ranging from -20 C to 50 C.
- This heavy-duty isolator features a 63A conventional free-air thermal current and an enclosed thermal current of 50A, meaning it handles rigorous industrial distribution systems without degrading over time. It boasts a high-performance electrical durability of 30,000 cycles under AC-21 conditions, minimizing costly downtime by eliminating the need for frequent component replacements.
