Description
TeSys LR9D electronic overload relay, 32A/690V, thermal setting range 6.4-32A, selectable tripping class 5-10-20-30, for protection of 3-phase motors 3-15kW at 400V. Differential device with phase failure and load unbalance detection. It provides a thermal adjustement dial, buttons for test, stop and reset as well as manual-automatic reset selector, dipswitches for tripping class selection, a flag indicator and 2 auxiliary contacts 1NO+1NC for fault signalling. Settings are protected by a transparent cover lockable by sealing. Connection by screw clamp terminals, it connects directly to the bottom terminals of 3-pole contactors LC1D09-D38. Mounting on DIN rail or screw fixing, separated from contactor, with use of the terminal block LAD7B205 (to be ordered separately). Multi-standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC), RoHs/Reach.

- Engineered for seamless integration, the LR9D32 plugs directly into the bottom terminals of 3-pole TeSys Deca contactors, specifically models LC1D09 through LC1D38. This clean, direct-mount setup completely cuts down on extra wiring and panel space requirements, allowing for an efficient, rapid installation without the need for additional mounting accessories.
- This solid-state overload relay features adjustable dipswitches that let you choose between Tripping Classes 5, 10, 20, and 30 to accommodate everything from standard applications to heavy-load, high-torque industrial starts. By tailoring the trip curve directly to your application's demand, you prevent nuisance tripping during initial startup while ensuring robust protection under sustained fault conditions.
- Equipped with built-in auxiliary contacts (1NO + 1NC), an integrated flag indicator, and dedicated buttons for test, stop, and manual or automatic reset selection, your maintenance team can diagnose faults at a glance. To ensure setting integrity, a clear, lockable transparent cover seals the control panel from accidental tampering or unauthorized adjustments.
