Description
This Harmony ZB, single contact block for low power switching contacts uses screw-clamp terminals. It is compatible with Harmony XB4 and XB5 control and signaling units. This contact block, uses for low power switching contact, allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of specific control and signaling products. It is easily installed and replaced on XB4 and XB5 control and signalling units and connects to control circuits with simple screw-clamp connections. It protects operators from unexpected contact with live circuits thanks to its IP69K protection index. 1 million cycle high endurance under 6A load allows less maintenance and damage in your installation. It has clear color scheme for NO and NC contact block types. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

- It snaps securely onto standard mounting collars, allowing industrial control engineers to quickly scale or reconfigure existing pushbuttons and selector switches without replacing the entire assembly.
- Built with robust, finger-safe screw clamp terminals (IP20 rated according to IEC 60529), this unit simplifies panel wiring while providing high-vibration pull-out resistance. The versatile terminal head shape is fully compatible with Pozidriv No. 1.
- Designed to maintain high electrical reliability in unforgiving industrial environments, this block boasts an operational temperature range stretching from -40°C up to +70°C (-40°F to +158°F). When properly installed within a sealed Harmony XB4 or XB5 operator housing, it preserves the assembly's overall IP69K heavy washdown.
- Engineered for massive production lifecycles, this unit delivers a mechanical durability rating of up to 10,000,000 cycles. This heavy-duty operational longevity minimizes critical machine downtime and lowers total cost of ownership by eliminating frequent component swaps on high-frequency control interfaces.
- To comply with global regulatory demands and strict facility inspections, this product meets rigid international standards including IEC 60947-5-1, UL 508, and CSA C22.2 No 14. Additionally, it offers short-circuit protection via a 10 A cartridge fuse (type gG), ensuring your automated lines remain safely protected against unexpected electrical faults.
