    Description

    TeSys Deca contactor, 3 poles (3NO), for motor control applications up to 115A/1000V AC-3 (55kW@400V). They can be used to create motor starters for almost any type of application. It provides a 24V DC coil with transient suppressor module, 1NO+1NC built-in auxiliary contacts (NC mirrror certified), power connection by screw connectors 2 inputs, control connection by screw clamp terminals. For operating rates until 1200 cycles/hour and environments until 60°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (120mm width), mounting on 2 DIN-rails or screw fixing. Contactor is rated for 30HP at 200 to 208VAC, 40HP at 240VAC, 75HP at 480VAC and 100HP at 600VAC three phase. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine). When used with a 600VAC up to 250A circuit breaker, this contactor can have a SCCR up to 50kA. When used with 600VAC Class J or CC fuses up to 250A, this contactor can have a SCCR up to 100kA. Contactor is supplied with a 24 VDC coil. Contactor has one normally open and one normally closed auxiliary contact built-in as standard. The NC contact is mirror certified. Screw clamp terminals are used for load and auxiliary connections. An extensive line of accessories makes it easy to meet the requirements of most applications. The contactor is 6.22 inches tall, 4.72 inches wide and 5.35 inches deep. It weighs 5.51 lbs. Contactor is certified to UL, CSA, IEC, CCC, EAC and Marine standards.

    • Engineered for demanding industrial automation, this 3-pole (3 NO) TeSys Deca contactor delivers a robust 115 A rating for AC-3 and AC-3e motor control applications up to 440 V, as well as a 200 A non-inductive resistive load capacity under AC-1 conditions. This ensures reliable, spark-free switching and management of heavy machinery, preventing standard contact degradation or premature failures under full-load operation.
    • Equipped with a standard 24 V DC control circuit coil, this non-reversing contactor interfaces with common programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and 24-volt industrial power supplies. The coil features a built-in transient suppressor module that absorbs electrical voltage spikes, protecting sensitive upstream solid-state components from hazardous back-EMF feedback.
    • This model includes 1 NO (Normally Open) and 1 NC (Normally Closed) built-in auxiliary contacts, offering factory-standard configuration versatility right out of the box. The auxiliary contacts carry NC mirror-contact certification conforming to IEC 60947-5-1, ensuring absolute reliability for safety interlock systems and control status feedback loops.
    • Measuring 158 mm (H) x 120 mm (W) x 136 mm (D), the box-clamp terminal layout simplifies wiring while providing a stable, open-style build for panel or standard DIN-rail mounting. This predictable layout prevents installation delays and overcrowding when upgrading or retrofitting older 115-amp starters in crowded electrical enclosures.
