    Description

    TeSys Deca time delay auxiliary contact block, for contactors LC1D, LC1F and control relays CAD. It provides 1NO+1NC contacts rated up to 10A 690V AC, On-delay setting range 1-30s, connection by screw clamp terminals. The one NO and one NC contacts can be used in the control circuit. Clip-on front mounting, it procures high reliability and durability. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC). TeSys Deca contactors offer quick simple setup, while maintaining a compact size. Contactors have both horsepower and Kw motor rating for international acceptance. An extennsive line of accessories makes it easy to meet the requirements of most applications. These contactors have UL, CSA, GOST, RINA, BV, CCC, DNV, GL, LROS certifications.

    Features

    • Featuring a high-precision pneumatic timing mechanism, this block allows for an adjustable delay range of 0.1 to 30 seconds upon energizing the contactor. This "On-Delay" functionality is critical for star-delta motor starting or sequenced conveyor activation, preventing massive power grid spikes and mechanical strain by ensuring equipment doesn't all pull high-inrush current simultaneously.
    • Engineered for seamless integration, this auxiliary module clips directly onto the front of Schneider Electric TeSys D and TeSys F contactors or control relays. This tool-free, snap-on mounting saves significant installation time and panel space, allowing industrial electricians to add advanced timing logic to an existing motor starter without the need for additional DIN-rail timers or complex rewiring.
    • Equipped with one Normally Open (NO) and one Normally Closed (NC) instantaneous contact set, this block provides versatile feedback for your automation logic. You can simultaneously signal a PLC that the timing sequence has begun while interlocking another component for safety, ensuring your control circuit operates with the high reliability required in demanding manufacturing environments.
    • Built to withstand millions of mechanical cycles, the LADT2 is designed for the rigors of heavy industrial use. The IP20 finger-safe terminals protect maintenance personnel from accidental contact with live circuits, while the rugged housing ensures consistent timing accuracy even in high-vibration environments, reducing unplanned downtime and long-term maintenance costs.
