Description
VCF01 is a 3-pole TeSys Vario switch-disconnector from Schneider Electric for emergency stop switching in motor applications 5.5kW@400V AC-23. Door mounting with 4 screw fixing, it provides a red & yellow operator with IP65 protection. VCF01 is a 3-pole TeSys Vario switch-disconnector from Schneider Electric for main and emergency stop switching in motor applications 5.5kW@400V AC-23. It consists of a V01 Vario switch body and a padlockable red & yellow operator to be mounted on door with 4 screws fixing. It ensures an IP65 protection to the mounting. Available worldwide, it is multi-standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine). Vario 3-pole rotary switch disconnector for door mounting. Composed with a switch body V01 and a red & yellow operator, for emergency stop, padlockable. Ensures an IP65 protection to the mounting. Rated for 690V AC operation, DC operation is permitted until 250V, performance depending on the number of contacts in series. Possible attachment of 4 add-on poles (2 in each side) , main (VZ01), neutral (VZ11), earthing (VZ14), auxiliary (VZ7, VZ20).

- The TeSys Vario VCF01 is a compact, door-mounted switch disconnector featuring a standard 60x60mm yellow front plate with a 4-screw fixing design. This ensures a drop-in replacement or clean installation on electrical cabinet doors, saving space inside the enclosure while providing immediate external access for operators.
- Engineered for high performance, this 3-pole (3P) unit features a 20A conventional free-air thermal current rating and safely handles high-voltage applications up to 690V AC. It is fully optimized for demanding AC-23 motor switching tasks up to 5.5kW at 400V, preventing contact wear and maintaining electrical reliability under frequent inductive load variations.
- Equipped with a highly visible red rotary handle against a bright yellow faceplate, this emergency stop switch functions seamlessly as an absolute isolation device. The handle is built with an integrated padlocking mechanism that accepts 1 to 3 padlocks.
- Boasting an IP65 ingress protection rating at the interface when mounted correctly on the door, this switch disconnector prevents dust, dirt, and low-pressure water jets from penetrating the electrical panel.
