Description

TeSys LRD thermal overload relay, 70A/1000V, thermal setting range 55-70A, tripping class 10A, for protection of 3-phase motors 37kW@400V. Differential device with phase failure and load unbalance detection. It provides a thermal adjustement dial, a manual-automatic reset selector acting also as reset button, a trip test button for simulation of a tripping, a stop button, a flag indicator and 2 auxiliary contacts 1NO+1NC for fault signalling. Settings are protected by a transparent cover lockable by sealing. Connection by screw clamp terminals, it connects directly to the bottom terminals of 3-pole contactors LC1D80-D95. Mounting on DIN rail or screw fixing, separated from the contactor, with use of a terminal block LA7D3064 (to be ordered separately). Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHs/Reach).

This direct-connect architecture reduces installation time, eliminates extra wiring labor, and creates a compact, vibration-resistant motor starter assembly perfect for crowded industrial control panels.
  • Featuring a selectable reset mode (Manual or Automatic) and a dedicated stop/test button, this unit allows maintenance teams to quickly diagnose faults and verify circuit integrity. The blue reset plunger and red stop button provide clear tactile feedback, ensuring your facility can safely return to production as soon as the thermal fault is cleared.
