Features

  • Specifically engineered for hyper-precise micro-current monitoring, this premium bimetallic relay features an adjustable thermal setting range from 0.1A to 0.16A.
  • This TeSys Deca component mounts directly beneath standard 3-pole TeSys D contactors including LC1D09, LC1D12, LC1D18, LC1D25, LC1D32, and LC1D38 units utilizing pre-aligned power terminals. By snapping directly into the bottom pins of the parent contactor, it eliminates the need for any inter-device jumper wiring or extra DIN rail real estate, preserving valuable panel space and significantly slashing assembly labor costs.
  • Equipped with an advanced differential tripping mechanism, this relay features integrated phase-unbalance detection and phase-loss sensitivity conforming to strict IEC 60947-4-1 standards. If a single phase drops completely or an extreme current unbalance occurs across your lines, the internal slide mechanism accelerates the Class 10A trip curve instantly dropping out the control circuit to isolate the motor before expensive winding damage or localized overheating can occur.
  • The front-facing interface includes an intuitive, color-coded dual-control system consisting of a red stop/test push-button and a blue manual-automatic reset selector. Industrial maintenance teams can switch the selector to automatic mode for remote, unattended reset cycles after a cooling period, or lock it into manual mode to force a technician to visually inspect the field equipment and diagnose the underlying fault condition before restarting.
  • Featuring an integrated 1NO + 1NC (one Normally Open and one Normally Closed) auxiliary contact arrangement rated up to 690V AC, this relay handles isolated signaling and hardwired safety interlocks simultaneously.
  • Fully certified to CSA C22.2 No 60947-4-1, and UL. This heavy-duty relay features a rugged, vibration-resistant housing built to survive harsh industrial environments from -20 C to +60 C without ambient derating. It incorporates IP20 finger-safe screw clamp terminals to enhance safety during routine maintenance, and features a clear, tamper-proof transparent sealing flap that completely shields the dial settings from unauthorized field adjustments.
