    Description

    TeSys LRD thermal overload relay, 104A/1000V, thermal setting range 80-104A, tripping class 10A, for protection of 3-phase motors 45kW@400V. Differential device with phase failure and load unbalance detection. It provides a thermal adjustement dial, a manual-automatic reset selector acting also as reset button, a trip test button for simulation of a tripping, a stop button, a flag indicator and 2 auxiliary contacts 1NO+1NC for fault signalling. Settings are protected by a transparent cover lockable by sealing. Connection by screw clamp terminals, it connects directly to the bottom terminals of 3-pole contactors LC1D115-D150. Mounting on DIN rail or screw fixing, separated from the contactor, with use of a terminal block LA7D3064 (to be ordered separately). Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHs/Reach).

    • Engineered for seamless integration, this differential thermal overload relay mounts directly beneath 3-pole TeSys D contactors—specifically models LC1D115 and LC1D150—using rugged lug clamps. This direct-coupling feature saves critical enclosure space, cuts down assembly and wiring layout times, and guarantees standard-compliant electrical coordination without the need for standalone terminal blocks.
    • Built with integrated phase failure and load unbalance detection, the relay automatically triggers a Class 10A trip if a single phase drops out or an uneven load condition occurs, conforming to IEC 60947-4-1 standards. By quickly disconnecting the circuit before severe winding overheating occurs, it protects high-value 45 kW (at 400V) motors from catastrophic, unrepairable single-phasing burnouts.
    • This unit comes fully equipped with a red manual stop button, a blue reset button that configures easily between manual or automatic reset modes, an integrated trip indicator flag for visual troubleshooting, and a dedicated test button to simulate electrical tripping. Combined with standard built-in 1 NO + 1 NC auxiliary contacts for remote fault signaling, it provides immediate control circuit feedback to your PLC or pilot lights to accelerate troubleshooting routines.
