    Description

    LRD3365 is a TeSys LRD thermal overload relay from Schneider Electric to be used with a TeSys D contactor. It protects motors 45kW@400V thanks to a thermal range 80-104A, a tripping class 10A and phase unbalance protection. LRD3365 is a TeSys LRD thermal overload relay from Schneider Electric for direct mounting on TeSys D contactors. With a thermal setting range 80-104A, a tripping class 10A and phase unbalance detection, it protects motors 45kW@400V. It provides manual test & reset buttons, automatic reset, trip auxiliary contact and flag indicator. Available worldwide, it is multi-standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine). Thermal overload protection relay, bimetallic type, with phase unbalance protection (differential). Direct mounting on the bottom terminals of a Tesys contactor LC1D80 and D95 to form a compact starter. Light and compact, 70mm wide. Temperature compensated for a good accuracy of the protection. Manual control with test & reset buttons, manual / automatic reset selector. Trip signaling with 1NO+1NC auxiliary contacts and trip flag indicator. Can be completed with terminal blocks for separate mounting (LAD7B, LAD96) and remote control devices (LAD703, LA7D03).

    • Engineered for seamless integration, the LRD3365 mounts directly to the underside of TeSys Deca (formerly TeSys D) contactors specifically sizes LC1D80 through LC1D95. This plug-and-play design eliminates the need for additional DIN rail space or complex wiring, significantly reducing installation time and cabinet clutter.
    • Featuring a precision-calibrated dial with a wide 80 104A setting range, this relay allows you to match the protection exactly to your motor's Full Load Amps (FLA). By providing a tailored defense against overcurrent and phase unbalance, it prevents premature motor burnout while minimizing nuisance tripping that halts production.
    • This relay includes advanced differential tripping circuitry that detects phase loss or significant current imbalance in three-phase systems. This critical safety feature trips the circuit before heat buildup can damage motor windings, saving you thousands in repair costs and unscheduled industrial downtime.
    • Equipped with a selectable blue reset button, the LRD3365 allows you to choose between manual intervention for high-stakes machinery or automatic reset for remote applications. The integrated "Stop" button and "Test" function enable electricians to verify control circuit integrity without waiting for a thermal event, ensuring your safety protocols are always operational.
