    Description

    TeSys LRD thermal overload relay, 104A/1000V, thermal setting range 80-104A, tripping class 10A, for protection of 3-phase motors 45kW@400V. Differential device with phase failure and load unbalance detection. It provides a thermal adjustement dial, a manual-automatic reset selector acting also as reset button, a trip test button for simulation of a tripping, a stop button, a flag indicator and 2 auxiliary contacts 1NO+1NC for fault signalling. Settings are protected by a transparent cover lockable by sealing. Connection by screw clamp terminals, it connects directly to the bottom terminals of 3-pole contactors LC1D80-D95. Mounting on DIN rail or screw fixing, separated from the contactor, with use of a terminal block LA7D3064 (to be ordered separately). Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ATEX, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHs/Reach).

    • Featuring a precision-calibrated dial with a wide 80–104A setting range, this relay allows you to match the protection exactly to your motor's Full Load Amps (FLA). By providing a tailored defense against overcurrent and phase unbalance, it prevents premature motor burnout while minimizing nuisance tripping that halts production.
    • This relay includes advanced differential tripping circuitry that detects phase loss or significant current imbalance in three-phase systems. This critical safety feature trips the circuit before heat buildup can damage motor windings, saving you thousands in repair costs and unscheduled industrial downtime.
    • Equipped with a selectable blue reset button, the LRD3365 allows you to choose between manual intervention for high-stakes machinery or automatic reset for remote applications.
