Description
TeSys Vario switch disconnector for mounting at back of an enclosure, 3 poles, 40A/690V, for motor switching applications up to 15kW@400V AC-23. Complete unit composed of a switch body V2, an extension shaft VZ17, a door interlock plate KZ32, a red handle with yellow 60x60mm front plate KCF1PZ. Intended for main and emergency stop switch disconnecting usage. Padlockable handle, for 3 padlocks (to be ordered separately). Handle with 4 screws fixing on door, ensuring IP65 to the mounting. Possible distance between back of enclosure and door 300-330mm. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- The VCCF2 is designed as a high-performance main and emergency stop switch-disconnector within the trusted TeSys Vario range. Capable of handling an operational power rating up to 15 kW at 400V under AC-23 utilization categories, it provides rapid, on-load making and breaking for heavy inductive motor loads, ensuring instantaneous power cuts when operator safety is on the line.
- This all-in-one product kit eliminates ordering confusion by providing the full setup required for rear-panel installation. Inside the box, you receive the high-durability V2 3-pole switch body, a VZ17 extension shaft, a KZ32 door interlock plate, and a high-visibility red padlockable rotary handle mounted on a yellow 60mm by 60mm front plate.
- Engineered specifically for back-of-enclosure mounting with an extended door-interlocked handle, this unit accommodates a flexible distance of 300mm to 330mm between the back of the enclosure panel and the front door. The exterior handle mounts securely via a standard 4-screw fixing method, maintaining clean physical alignment and reliable mechanics across standard industrial industrial enclosures.
- To meet strict facility safety procedures and prevent accidental machine re-energization during maintenance, the ergonomic rotary handle is fully padlockable. It accommodates 1 to 3 individual padlocks with standard shank diameters ranging from 4mm to 8mm, keeping your maintenance teams safe and compliant with standard industrial occupational health and safety regulations.
- This robust 3-pole (3 NO) non-fusible switch features a conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) of 40A and an enclosed operational current rating of 32A up to a maximum insulation voltage of 690V AC. With a rated short-time withstand current (Icw) of 480A for 1 second, it delivers the electrical safety and structural robustness necessary to manage transient circuit surges without contact welding.
- The VCCF2 is fully multi-standard compliant, carrying CSA, UL, IEC 60947-3, CCC, and Marine certifications for trouble-free safety inspections across Canada and international jurisdictions.
