Description
This Harmony XB5, single contact block uses screw clamp terminals. This contact block allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of your push buttons and selector switches. It is easily installed and replaced on XB5 complete push-button units and selector switches via a clip assembly and connects to control circuits with simple screw-clamp connections. It protects operators from unexpected contact with live circuits thanks to its IP20 protection index. The base unit to start assembling your plastic push-button or switch. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. Vibration resistant screw clamp connection terminals ensure high vibration resistance making product suitable installation on high impact machine.

- This convenient, pre-assembled kit includes the heavy-duty ZB5AZ009 plastic mounting collar paired with a high-performance ZBE101 (NO) and ZBE102 (NC) contact block configuration. This all-in-one architecture allows commercial control panel builders to instantly establish a complete electrical backbone behind any standard 22mm push button, selector switch, or pilot light, cutting installation steps in half.
- Outfitted with one Normally Open (NO) and one Normally Closed (NC) electrical contact, this versatile block supports simultaneous break-before-make operations. This dual-circuit layout allows industrial automation technicians to wire interlocking safety circuits, dual-state feedback loops, or simultaneous machine-start/fault-signal paths from a single physical button actuator.
- Formed from highly durable, double-insulated dark grey plastic, the mounting base is optimized to resist corrosion, automotive oils, and harsh industrial solvents. It serves as a rugged, non-conductive barrier that perfectly insulates the internal electronics, guaranteeing stable alignment for your control devices even under repeated mechanical slamming and high-abuse shifts.
- Featuring a toolless, spring-loaded snap-fit mounting mechanism, this base allows users to securely click the assembly onto the control operator in seconds. This modular design means field maintenance teams can effortlessly stack or swap additional ZBE contact blocks as logic requirements shift, completely removing the hassle of dismantling the front-of-panel button hardware during retrofits.
