Description
TeSys Deca contactor, 3 poles (3NO), for motor control applications up to 150A/1000V AC-3 (75kW@400V). It provides a 24V 50/60Hz AC coil with transient suppressor module, 1NO+1NC built-in auxiliary contacts (NC mirrror contact), power connection by screw connectors 2 inputs, control connection by screw clamp terminals. For operating rates until 1200 cycles/hour and environments until 60°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (120mm width), mounting on 2 DIN-rails or screw fixing. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- Engineered with a robust 150-Amp AC-3 rating (for inductive loads) and a 200-Amp AC-1 rating (for resistive loads), this 3-pole contactor is purpose-built for demanding industrial applications. It provides smooth, high-capacity switching for 3-phase motors up to 100 hp at 460V, preventing contact welding and premature hardware failure in heavy-duty manufacturing environments.
- Featuring a high-performance 24V AC coil, this contactor connects seamlessly to standard industrial control circuits and safety interlocks without requiring expensive step-up transformers. The optimized coil design minimizes power consumption during sealed operation, lowering thermal dissipation inside your control enclosure and protecting sensitive adjacent electronics.
- Outfitted with factory-installed $1\text{ NO}$ (Normally Open) and $1\text{ NC}$ (Normally Closed) auxiliary contacts, this device allows for instant status feedback to your PLC or automation controller. The premium mirror-contact design ensures the auxiliary contacts mimic the main poles reliably, making it easy to wire mechanical interlocks, status indicator lights, or fault-detection circuits.
